This project has formed as a result of the collaboration of many people and organisations, allowing co-creation from our Science Advisory Committee, contract farmers, farming advisors, local community and research partners.
A diversity of skillsets have been and will continue to be as essential part of pushing the boundaries of science & land management to explore the possibilities of what it means to improve biodiversity on a farm whilst also improving the economics of the business (the key to a successful case study).
Over 50 people from in and around the local valleys have helped the project to achieve a variety of objectives e.g. gathering scientific data to understand what is happening ecologically to the land or planting trees for example. It requires a great deal of effort and shared values from everyone involved in many of these activities and simply could not be achieved without this herculean community effort and incredible spirit.
